About This Position

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City. As a Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This role is part of the Project Management function and requires a full-time commitment with no remote work options.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting services to clients, ensuring project goals are met within budget and timeline constraints
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the commercial real estate sector
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred but not required
