Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility including maintenance, cleaning, and security coordination
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with external vendors for services such as janitorial, landscaping, and security
• Support in the development and implementation of facility policies and procedures
• Handle customer service inquiries from tenants and visitors
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and sustainability of the workplace

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations
