About This Position
We are seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to join our User Safety & Risk Operations (USRO) team. As an experienced individual contributor, you will work across USRO, solving ambiguous, high-impact operational problems using data and technical tools. You will be involved in problem definition through analysis, workflow design, implementation, measurement, and handoff.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex, high-impact operational challenges by leveraging data and technical tools.
- Build dashboards and lightweight automations to support decision-making processes.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate work and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate directly with operators and technical partners to transform incomplete information into practical systems.
- Maintain a broad scope, spanning emerging-risk detection, operational quality, automation, launch readiness, and other priority programs.
