What This Role Involves

This role is focused on Accounts Payable (AP) responsibilities. The incumbent will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers. Duties include reconciling accounts, managing vendor relationships, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Processing and verifying invoices for payment
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date AP records
• Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring timely payments
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports as required

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in AP, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a small team environment. A background in finance or accounting is preferred.
