Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Field Officer to join our team in Morwell. This role offers a mix of field work and office-based tasks. As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for supporting individuals on their journey towards rehabilitation and reintegration into society.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to provide support and guidance in various aspects of their lives
• Facilitate community-based programs aimed at helping individuals overcome challenges
• Collaborate with other stakeholders, including community partners and law enforcement agencies
• Document client interactions and progress for reporting purposes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

• A strong commitment to social justice and community support
• The ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach
• Experience in working with diverse communities is advantageous but not mandatory
• A valid driver’s license for fieldwork requirements
