The Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels for HSE matters across all levels of the organization.
• Participate in incident investigations and contribute to the development of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an HSE role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams towards safety excellence.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices for health, safety, and environmental management.
