The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Truck Drivers for U.S. Xpress - OTR in Cottonwood, Idaho. This is a full-time position with a consistent and planned schedule that offers predictable home time.
- 52-56 CPM based on experience (1-5 months of experience required)
- Solo Over the Road (OTR) Drivers averaging 2,000 miles per week
- $2,000 sign-on bonus available
- 100% no-touch freight operations
- Paid vacation and performance bonuses for top-performing drivers
- Average weekly earnings of $1,500 for the best 20%
- Run 28 days out with 5 days home time
Your Responsibilities
The role involves driving a dry van in over-the-road operations. Drivers will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods, adhering to all company policies, and maintaining the vehicle in good condition.
Skills & Qualifications
- CDL-A license required
- 1-5 months of OTR driving experience preferred but not mandatory
- Prior dry van driving experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
