The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for our U.S. Xpress - OTR fleet in Westminster, Maryland. This is a full-time position with opportunities for solo over-the-road (OTR) driving and team driving roles. Solo OTR drivers will average 2,000 miles per week, while team drivers are expected to cover approximately 5,500 miles per week. The pay structure is based on experience, offering competitive compensation of $1.65k per week for top performers in the top 20%.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive a dry van truck solo or as part of a team
• Average 2,000 miles per week for solo drivers and 5,500 miles per week for teams
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of freight
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Communicate with dispatch for route updates and customer information

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required
• 1-5 months of OTR driving experience preferred but not mandatory
• Avoidance of accidents and excellent safety record
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Prior truck driving experience is highly beneficial
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers and dispatch
