Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Company Drivers for our over-the-road (OTR) dry van operations at U.S. Xpress - OTR in Kiowa, Colorado. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $1.5k per week based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package including sign-on bonuses, performance-based incentives, and paid vacation.

Core Duties

• Haul 52-56 miles per day (CPM) with solo OTR driving opportunities averaging 2,000 miles per week.
• Operate dry van trailers on a consistent and planned schedule for 100% no-touch freight.
• Enjoy predictable home time that you can count on, with the option to run 28 days out and get 5 days home.
• Pursue performance bonuses as top 20% of OTR drivers earn up to $1,500 weekly.

Skills & Qualifications

• A valid Class A CDL with no moving violations in the past year.
• Minimum of 1-5 months of over-the-road driving experience required.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards for efficiency and accuracy.
