About This Position

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) operations. As a company driver, you will be responsible for operating dry van trucks on long-haul routes, earning an average of 52-56 miles per mile paid (CPM) based on your experience.

• Drive solo OTR routes averaging 2,000 miles per week
• Earn a sign-on bonus of $2,000 and performance bonuses for top 20% performers
• Average weekly pay of $1,500
• Run 28 days out with five days home time

Core Duties

The primary responsibilities include:

• Pick up and deliver freight across the United States
• Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries and miles driven
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on your vehicle

What We're Looking For

We are looking for experienced drivers who:

• Have a valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements
• Possess 1 to 5 months of OTR driving experience
• Are committed to safety and adhere to all company policies
• Can work independently and manage their time effectively
