What This Role Involves

This role involves driving a dry van in over-the-road (OTR) operations with 52-56 cycles per month based on experience. Solo drivers can expect to cover an average of 2,000 miles per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive OTR routes with a focus on 100% no-touch freight operations.
• Earn $2,000 sign-on bonus and performance bonuses for top 20% drivers.
• Average weekly pay of $1,500 as one of the best-paid OTR drivers in the industry.
• Run 28 days out with 5 days home time, ensuring a balanced schedule that meets experienced drivers' needs.

What We're Looking For

• CDL-A license required (1-5 months of experience preferred).
• A strong commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies.
• The ability to handle long-haul routes with a consistent, planned schedule for predictable home time.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with other drivers and dispatchers.
