The Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our over-the-road (OTR) dry van operations with U.S. Xpress - OTR. This role offers competitive pay and the freedom of solo driving with an average of 52-56 cents per mile (CPM) based on experience, or up to $1,650 weekly for top performers. Solo drivers typically cover 2,000 miles per week on average.

Your Responsibilities
As a CDL-A company driver, you will be responsible for:
- Pickup and delivery of freight across the United States
- Maintaining safe driving practices at all times
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of shipments
- Performing routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safety on the road
Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
- 1-5 months of OTR driving experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
