Role Overview

U.S. Xpress - OTR is seeking experienced CDL-A Company Drivers for our operations in Haywood and Barren County. This role offers a competitive weekly pay of $1,400, with the potential to earn up to $1,650 as part of the top 20% of drivers. Solo Over-the-Road (OTR) drivers can expect an average of 2,000 miles per week and are eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive dry van trailers on long-haul routes across the U.S.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Handle cargo loading and unloading as needed
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and miles driven

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for experienced CDL-A drivers with at least 1-5 months of driving experience. A clean driving record is a must, along with the ability to pass pre-employment drug tests and background checks. Strong communication skills and the willingness to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
