Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Company Drivers for our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma location. Our drivers will be responsible for transporting dry van cargo across the United States on an Over-The-Road (OTR) basis.

• Earn a weekly minimum pay of $1,200
• Top 20% of OTR Drivers earn up to $1,725 per week
• Average 2,000 miles per week on average
• Guaranteed sign-on bonus of $7,500 for solo drivers

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Class A CDL Company Driver at U.S. Xpress - OTR, you will be responsible for:

• Transporting dry van cargo across the United States on an Over-The-Road (OTR) basis.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records of your deliveries.
• Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations related to commercial driving.
• Performing pre-trip, post-trip, and in-transit vehicle inspections.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for experienced drivers who have:

• 1-5 months of experience as a Class A CDL Driver
• A valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements (Dry Van)
• A clean driving record and passing a background check
• The ability to work independently in various weather conditions and terrains

• Team Drivers: A sign-on bonus of $10,000 split with 5,500 miles per week and pay starting at $0.72 - $0.80 CPM
• Average team pay is $260,000 annually
