Position Summary
Decker Truck Line is currently seeking experienced Over the Road (OTR) Reefer Drivers to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary of $112k per year and prioritizes productivity and service over seniority.
Your Responsibilities
- Haul freight using company equipment and reefer trucks
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure safety and efficiency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch for route updates and customer service needs
Skills & Qualifications
- A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with reefer endorsement
- Minimum of six months of OTR driving experience
- Prioritization of productivity and customer service
- Strong communication skills for interacting with dispatch and customers
- Ability to handle long-haul routes and varying weather conditions
