The Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Class A CDL Company Drivers for our dedicated dry van fleet. This is a full-time, non-remote position based in Pisgah, Butler County. As a driver with 1 to 5 months of experience, you will have the opportunity to earn between $1,980 and $2,040 per week, with potential for annual mileage pay increases until maxed out. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000 paid in ten monthly installments for experienced drivers.

- CPM rate: $1.38 - $1.41
- Per stop pay: $40 per stop

Core Duties
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Pickup and delivery of freight using dry van trailers
- Maintaining safe driving practices at all times
- Completing necessary paperwork accurately and on time
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- A valid Class A CDL license
- At least 1-5 months of driving experience
- A clean driving record and a good safety history
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
