Position Summary
We are currently seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our team as Regional Reefer Drivers. At Decker Truck Line, we prioritize productivity and hard work over seniority. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who want to maximize their earnings and miles on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver refrigerated cargo across regional routes
- Maintain safe driving practices at all times
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and DOT regulations
- Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and in-transit vehicle inspections
- Adhere to delivery schedules and communicate any delays or issues promptly
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with appropriate endorsements (reefer endorsement required)
- 6 months of driving experience
- Prioritizes productivity and availability over seniority
- Avoids unnecessary stops and maximizes efficiency on the road
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 24 months
- Possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
