About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team at Hogan Transports. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and stability in the transportation industry.
- Job Title: Truck Driver
- Experience Required: 1-5 months
- Pickup Location: Rose Hill, Kansas
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Remote Work: No
- Weekly Pay Range: $2,000 - $2,200 for experienced drivers
- Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 for experienced drivers
- CPM Rates: $0.78 - $0.82 per mile (increases every 6 months up to $0.90)
- Pay Per Stop: $55 per stop
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Picking up and delivering dry van cargo as assigned by the company
- Maintaining safe driving practices at all times
- Performing pre-trip, mid-trip, and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Adhering to all federal and state regulations regarding transportation
- Communicating effectively with dispatch and other team members
What You Bring
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A valid CDL-A license
- At least 1-5 months of driving experience in a similar role
- A clean driving record with no major violations within the last three years
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to safety and compliance with company policies
