About This Position
The Facilities Director provides leadership and oversight for all facility operations, maintenance, event support, security systems, and facilities personnel. As a servant leader, this individual takes ownership, communicates proactively, develops people, and ensures that Plum Creek's facilities remain safe, welcoming, and ministry ready.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for all facility operations, maintenance, event support, security systems, and facilities personnel.
- Takes ownership of the facilities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and readiness for ministry activities.
- Communicate proactively with staff and volunteers to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
- Develop and mentor a team of facilities personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure that all facility systems are maintained in accordance with best practices and safety regulations.

- A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor staff effectively.
- Familiarity with facility maintenance, operations, and security systems.
