What This Role Involves
The Director of Legal CFSI at Cellebrite will lead the legal compliance and support for the company's CFSI division in Virginia. This role involves ensuring all legal requirements are met, supporting internal teams with legal matters, and contributing to the development of legal strategies that align with the company’s mission to enhance digital investigations and intelligence gathering.
What You'll Do
- Liaise with external legal counsel to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide legal support to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, on matters related to CFSI products and services.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures that align with the company’s legal framework and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- At least 7 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in the areas of digital investigations or compliance.
- Experience working with CFSI products and services is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
