An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and self-starting financial services lawyer to join the Optiver team in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) as the organisation continues to grow and develop new trading opportunities. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage in cash trading activities within the legal framework
- Provide comprehensive legal support to ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Conduct thorough due diligence for new trading opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies
- Ensure all trading operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and industry standards
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a financial services lawyer, preferably within the trading or investment banking sector
- Demonstrable knowledge of Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide)an and international financial regulations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and ethics
