About the Role
The Director of Consumer Strategy & Insights will lead a deep investigation into culture, brands, and people, with a specific focus on automotive culture, larger competitive landscapes, potential buyers, influencers, and other market drivers. The role involves understanding consumers as real people making decisions in their lives, identifying what matters and motivates them, how they connect with relevant brands, sub-brands, and cultural icons, and how marketing communications influence their decision-making processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Direct the consumer insights practice for assigned brands.
- Conduct deep investigations into culture, brands, and people to inform innovative and breakthrough thinking in marketing communications and media planning.
- Collaborate with the department head to expand the evolving decision roadmap.
