About This Position

Mixpanel, a global leader in product intelligence and analytics, is seeking a Procurement Counsel to join our Legal Team. Reporting to Sr. Corporate Counsel, this role involves overseeing key deals and relationships while acting as a business partner for various internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in executing and negotiating commercial transactions, building processes, and working efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

Core Duties

• Oversee and negotiate key procurement and vendor contracts
• Partner closely with marketing, engineering, and finance teams to align contracts with business needs
• Develop and implement efficient processes for contract management and onboarding
• Provide strategic guidance to support the organization's procurement strategy

Requirements

• Experience working in-house for global businesses, executing and negotiating commercial transactions and contracts
• Strong ability to build and manage processes efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to act as a trusted business partner
• A proven track record of successful negotiation and contract management
• Proficient in legal software tools and platforms
• Ability to work remotely with global teams
