Position Summary

The Senior Corporate Counsel I will join Seagate's global legal team based in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). This role involves partnering with stakeholders on commercial matters and providing practical advice to support a broad range of technology-related contracts, all within a fast-paced environment that emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and regulatory awareness.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to advise on complex commercial transactions and agreements in the tech sector.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial law, with a focus on tech transactions.
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
