About This Position

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team at Green by Nature NZ. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing various projects that support the maintenance and enhancement of parks, playgrounds, gardens, infrastructure, and public spaces across Masterton and its surrounding areas.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of tasks within set deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, budgetary matters, and any other relevant information for management review.
  • Oversee the quality control process to ensure all projects meet Green by Nature NZ’s high standards of workmanship and environmental stewardship.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably within the maintenance or landscaping industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is advantageous.
