The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of projects from inception to completion

Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
