About This Position
Global womenswear and streetwear brand, Naked Wardrobe, is seeking a Senior Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, flexible, and possess strong self-motivation skills.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the entire product creation process from start to finish
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for timely production
- Ensure quality control throughout the production lifecycle
- Develop and maintain efficient production schedules
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and sales
- Handle urgent issues and deadlines with a proactive approach
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production coordination or related field
- Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus
