The Opportunity

Celerion is seeking a part-time Consumer Study Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. This position involves working between the hours of 4:30pm-9:30pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional morning and Saturday shifts based on business needs. The role focuses on consumer opinion studies related to nicotine and tobacco products.

Core Duties

• Prepare and maintain all stages of participant activities including screening, training, and evaluations
• Enter and update study information into computer systems
• Collect and organize panelist’s paperwork and documentation
<liDevelop positive participant communications and relationships

Skills & Qualifications

• Great customer service skills
• Administrative skills
• Part-time flexible schedule availability
• Consumer/market research experience preferred
• Age 21 or older (as per Code of Virginia 18.2-371.2B)
• Ability to work in a required environment, including exposure to second-hand smoke from combustible cigarettes and vapors from electronic cigarettes on a daily basis
