Role Overview
Amazon’s Disability and Leave Services (DLS) team within the HR Services organization is seeking a dedicated DLS Case Manager to join our mission of providing best-in-class leave of absence, disability, and accommodation services for employees across South Africa & Middle East. This role will involve managing various types of life events, ensuring seamless support and compliance with company policies.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive case management for all types of leave of absence and disability life events.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee requests related to leave and accommodations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and medical professionals, to deliver high-quality service.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements for leave and accommodation services.
- Offer guidance and support to employees throughout their life events, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
