About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and newly graduated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Gorilla Jobs in Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to the well-being of individuals across various settings including clinics, communities, private hospitals, and residential aged care facilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions in a variety of environments, including but not limited to the clinic, community, hospital, and residential settings.
- Offer weekly supervision from an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist for guidance and support.
- Participate in peer mentoring programs to enhance professional development.
- Gradually increase caseload as you gain experience and confidence.
