About This Position
We are a national therapy services provider dedicated to helping NDIS participants, kids, teens, and adults live their best everyday lives. As part of our Mid Year Graduate Program 2026, we offer full-time employment with no remote work options available.
What You'll Do
- Provide individualized occupational therapy services to clients in the South Penrith and Penrith Area.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Offer one-on-one supervision that is consistently scheduled and effective, ensuring continuous growth and support for your professional development.
- Support the transition of graduates into clinical practice by fostering a supportive environment where team members can learn from and encourage each other.
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate with a degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for working with diverse populations, including NDIS participants, kids, teens, and adults.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
