Role Overview
B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, a subsidiary of the largest private real estate company in the Washington, D.C. area, is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our Sterling, Virginia location. This position offers part-time work from 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday, with availability for some weekends and holidays.
What You'll Do
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations by providing exceptional service
- Process check-ins/outs in a friendly, professional manner <li-Assist guests with reservations and requests
- Implement creative solutions to address any issues or concerns
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Availability for AM shifts, typically 7am-3pm with some weekends and holidays
