Position Summary

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales revenue and margin of national key accounts across athletic specialty, general sporting goods, internet, and other channels. This role involves establishing sales goals, strategies, and budgets to ensure achievement through direct contact with buyers, merchandisers, and Brooks sales reps. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Key Account Manager and UK Sales and Marketing Managers to align the Key Account strategy with the overall EMEA strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts across various distribution channels
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Work closely with Brooks sales reps for each account
• Travel extensively to attend required meetings and trade shows
• Ensure alignment of Key Account strategy with overall EMEA strategy

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the sports industry
• Strong understanding of sales strategies, goals, and budgets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to travel extensively for meetings and trade shows
