The Opportunity

Athensych is seeking a dedicated and bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Albany, New York. This full-time position will offer you the opportunity to support clients and their families with professionalism and care while ensuring a welcoming environment for all. You'll be responsible for managing client appointments, greeting visitors, and handling administrative tasks with confidentiality and sensitivity.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage client appointments and referrals
• Greet clients and their families with a professional demeanor
• Assist with administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity to client needs
• Follow up with admitted clients on their caseloads

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Experience in a mental health setting or related field is preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
