The Opportunity
Join Centrecare as a Case Worker for an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of making a real difference within the community. This full-time role is part of a maximum term contract until 30 June 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional counselling and support services to clients in need.
- Assist with the delivery of accommodation, mediation, and training programs.
- Ensure all services are delivered with respect, excellence, celebration, compassion, acceptance, and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in case work or a related field.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide empathetic and professional support.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
