About the Role

We are currently seeking a Production Worker to join our dynamic team at Champion Home Builders, Inc. This position is based in Claysburg, PA, and offers full-time employment with no remote work option.

• Responsible for floor framing and welding tasks on the production line
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and company safety protocols
• Work closely with other team members to maintain a smooth production process

Key Responsibilities

• Perform floor framing tasks as per blueprints and specifications
• Operate welding equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in floor framing or welding is preferred but not required
• Aptitude for working with tools and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided)
