Production Worker on First Shift at Ascentek in Flournoy, Louisiana
About the Role
This is a full-time hourly position for the first shift. The role requires working Monday through Thursday from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm with potential overtime on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production equipment efficiently
- Ensure quality standards are met in all produced items
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
- Assist in the setup, cleaning, and shutdown of production lines as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing or related field is advantageous
- Aptitude for following detailed instructions and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
