Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with one of the world’s largest developers on water-fronting developments in Sydney's Inner West. With conservative OTE of $200K, this is an exceptional chance for growth and success.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from water-fronting projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Ensure compliance with all project requirements and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in property sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Sydney real estate market, particularly water-fronting developments.
