About the Role
We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our growing remote team as a Remote Member Benefits Specialist (Remote) (Remote). This is an exciting opportunity for those motivated and driven to take control of their income and career beyond traditional 9-to-5 roles. As part of this role, you will meet virtually with clients who have requested information about financial protection and benefits, understand each client's needs, explain available benefit options, guide them through the enrollment process, build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate client records.

- Understand each client's needs and explain available benefit options to them
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Ensure accurate client records are maintained and follow up as needed
