We're seeking ambitious individuals to join our growing remote team as a Remote Member Benefits Specialist (Remote) (Remote). You'll be helping clients understand their financial protection and benefits options, guiding them through the enrollment process with professionalism and care.
What You'll Do
- Virtually meet with clients who have requested information about member benefits
- Understand each client's needs and explain available benefit options in detail
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with a focus on exceptional customer service
- Build lasting relationships by consistently providing high-quality support and follow-up as needed
What You Bring
- A strong work ethic and self-motivation to succeed in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
- A competitive mindset with a desire to achieve personal and professional goals
- The ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
