Position Summary
At Databricks, our mission is to empower customers to solve their toughest data problems using the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will be pivotal in this journey by collaborating with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Databricks platform among your customers. You will also ensure customer success, particularly for complex cases where guidance is needed to maximize the value from Databricks workloads already selected.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with Solutions Architects to understand full use case demand and prioritize customers
- Lead post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plans for strategic accounts
- Act as the accountable technical leader assigned to specific use cases
- Drive growth in assigned customers through leading stakeholders, building executive relationships, orchestrating specialized teams within Databricks, and creating strategies with Databricks colleagues
Qualifications
- Experience as a Solutions Architect or similar technical leadership role
- Strong understanding of data engineering, data science, and big data technologies
- Proven track record in driving growth and customer success
- Excellent communication skills to engage with organizations at all levels
- Leadership experience in orchestrating cross-functional teams
