The Senior Consultant - Transformation & Integrated Solutions at WTW is a pivotal role within our Mumbai office. This position involves driving strategic initiatives and delivering integrated solutions to clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transformation projects and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end transformation projects, from strategy development to implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on market trends and industry best practices.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the professional development of team members.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 8 years of experience in transformation consulting or a related field.
Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects from inception to completion.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically.
Experience with integrated solutions in areas such as risk management, benefits optimization, talent cultivation, and more.
