The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Haustechniker to join our team at MY Humancapital GmbH in Magdeburg. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with handwork expertise and a preference for working in a stable industry with regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain building technical systems to ensure smooth operation
• Inspect safety-relevant installations and document maintenance as well as inspection work
• Coordinate external service providers and assist in material procurement and spare parts supply
• Take on general caretaking tasks and support during relocations, events, and winter services

Skills & Qualifications

• A completed apprenticeship as an Electrician for Energy and Building Technology (m/w/d), Electrician for Plant Technology (m/w/d), or SHK Mechanic (m/w/d)
• Alternatively, a comparable technical qualification is required
• Desired experience as a Haustechniker (m/w/d), Building Technician (m/w/d), Housekeeper (m/w/d), or Service Technician Building Technology (m/w/d)
• Technical understanding and interest in building technology maintenance
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and customer-oriented
• Excellent German language skills both spoken and written
• Willingness to participate in the readiness service
