What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapy Lead who is passionate about supporting adults to live independently. Key requirements include:

• A degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within occupational therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and implementing service strategies that meet client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
