We are seeking an energetic Program Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Detroit, Michigan. At Daniels Health, our mission is simple: save lives by making healthcare safer through innovative clinical waste solutions. This role will be instrumental in expanding our reach both domestically and internationally.
Core Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Represent the best clinical waste solution on the market inside top healthcare facilities.
- Provide field support and engage directly with clients for hands-on problem-solving.
Skills & Qualifications
- A passion for building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in healthcare or related industries is preferred but not required.
