Tech Program Manager with Security Clearance - Anduril Industries - Costa Mesa, California
Position Summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a Tech Program Manager to join our team in Costa Mesa, California. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing complex technology programs that support advanced military capabilities. This role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent project management skills, as well as a security clearance.
Core Duties
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology projects on schedule and within budget
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to align objectives and drive project success
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management or a related field, with a security clearance
- Strong understanding of advanced technology systems and their integration into military operations
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation through execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels of an organization
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Experience in a defense technology company is preferred but not required
