At Sur La Table, with over 58 stores and the largest avocational cooking program in the US, you'll be part of a team that combines exceptional kitchen goods with culinary expertise. As a Chef Instructor, Pastry, your role is to inspire a love for baking while driving sales through hands-on classes and engaging instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Sur La Table’s brand by creating memorable, educational experiences that encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Deliver exceptional in-store culinary experiences focused on pastry and baking classes that reflect the company's passion for food, teaching, and high standards, while following provided recipes and game plans to ensure consistency and quality.
- Educate customers on technical concepts and advanced pastry skills in a clear, encouraging, and approachable manner.
