What This Role Involves

In this critical role as a Fire Instructor at Constellation Energy, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive fire safety training to employees. You will develop and deliver training programs that cover all aspects of fire prevention, response, and evacuation procedures. Your expertise in emergency preparedness will ensure our team is well-equipped to handle any situation.

What You'll Do

• Create and implement fire safety training curricula tailored to the needs of Constellation Energy's workforce.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, including demonstrations and practical exercises in a safe environment.
• Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety regulations and best practices.
• Develop emergency response plans and ensure all employees are familiar with them.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in fire prevention, firefighting, or a related field.
• Certification as a Fire Instructor or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with emergency response planning and execution.
