Role Overview

The Manager - Commercial Excellence (APAC) plays a critical role in enabling regional growth strategy through data-driven insights, commercial analytics, and structured execution. This role partners closely with regional and sub-regional stakeholders to identify commercial growth opportunities, improve commercial effectiveness, and drive disciplined execution of organic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for commercial excellence across the APAC region
• Analyze market trends and customer data to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
• Drive the execution of commercial plans and ensure alignment with company goals
• Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting
• Partner with regional stakeholders to enhance commercial performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial or sales leadership role, preferably within the agricultural industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering growth initiatives
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous
