About the Role
This role is an individual contributor position focusing on demand generation for NTT in the ASEAN region. The Manager, Marketing & Demand Generation will be responsible for driving marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation and pipeline growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with business objectives

- Manage the demand generation process from campaign planning through execution and reporting

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a results-driven professional with experience in B2B marketing, particularly in demand generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth. Key requirements include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on demand generation
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive significant lead generation
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
- A deep understanding of the ASEAN market, with knowledge of local business practices and regulations
